Run as fast as you can from Remien as they will scam you in no time (or at least be sure you document every single little shit).
I moved out after 3 years and received bill for 9000DKK for paining, floorings and cleaning. While at move-out appointment, they said only one layers of paint is necessary and the floor was already damaged. Also apparently it took 12 hours to paint 38m2 apartment. The heck? Biggest red flag when they lower the amount because you complain. So the amount was not true after all?
Second round with Remien and their bestie Techem (utility provider) about 3000DKK bill for water. According to Remien and Techem, in 2024 my water consumption grew 3,5x compared to 2023 (lived there 12 months all the time), despite I rented it for 9 months in 2024 and stayed there not even half of the time.
No clue what kind of shit mafia pact they have with Techem, but I was not able to speak to Techem without sending messages through Remien. Im not even sure if the messages came from Techem or Remien just made up some shit to get rid of me. Called Techem and the story the customer service gave me doesn't match what Remien and Techem in their emails tell. No documentation whatsoever, just lies after lies that are not even remotely close to reality. Apparently I'm not the only one here, so stay away from those scammers. I hope you guys in Remien sleep well in the night :)

We have read your comments and are really sad to hear how you experienced the end of the lease. We do not agree with the way you describe it. It is correct that your lease period was around 3 years and you had to pay for refurbishment of the apartment as the contract states. You moved into a fully refurbished apartment which after 3 years obviously needed some work done. You went through the apartment in the move out appointment and agreed in a signed report for the amount of refurbishment that had to be done.
Furthermore you state an issue with the utility (water) which we had long conversations about and we provided all the material you asked for through Techem. You had the opportunity to provide them with a picture/documentation of the utility usage from the day you moved out, but we received nothing from you. Therefore your usage of water was based on a systematic calculation for your lease period and we provided you with all the details and the calculation method. The fact that you disagree with the method is okay since it can be hard to understand. But the fact that you insinuate that we are doing fraud or sending false material is not acceptable since it is not true in any way. All your messages were forwarded to Techem and you received the replies as well.
