I have sent a parcel with 3 pairs of shoes for the "wear and share" and although I have the date that it was delivered to them after almost 2 months they still cannot find it in the warehouse.
Claiming that maybe I used another remix account .
The offered to give me 23 € as a compensation of loss. For 3 pair of shoes costing 150€
They are inexcusable.

The last few orders feel like the quality of the clothes has dramatically dropped. I ordered “brand new” clothes with the tags that were even on the more expensive side and they all came compromised- stains, strange smells, wrong sizes (says M but it’s actually XL), or with holes in them. I hope the quality review process can improve and the clothes are properly reviewed and described.
