I recently submitted a few inquiries and received responses that really exceeded my expectations. The support were exceptional and attentive, making sure that all my questions were answered. The quality of the service was outstanding, as they provide a very clear and detailed response which doesn't require me to send a follow up questions most of the time. Overall, the support was great and welcoming.

Unacceptable support delays on a time-sensitive benefits request
I am an employee hired through Remote as an EOR. My experience with their support has been deeply frustrating.
In late February, I submitted a request to register my newborn son as a dependent under my health insurance plan. What should have been a routine process took nearly two months to complete.
Along the way:
- My initial request sat for a week before a specialist responded.
- A simple clarification question I sent in early March went completely unanswered for six days, until I had to escalate via Slack.
- After escalation, the ticket was reassigned and I received acknowledgements but no substantive answers for another week.
- One agent attempted to close the ticket before the registration was actually completed, simply because I had uploaded documents.
- When I pushed back, the response I received through Slack cited being "super super busy" as the reason for the delay — not an acceptable explanation when a newborn is waiting on health insurance coverage.
- Throughout this period, my follow-up questions were routinely left unanswered for days or weeks. Yet when the support team needed information from me, I would receive reminder emails within three hours.
The final timeline given to me was roughly two months from the original request to completion. During that entire time, my child had no insurance card.
The platform itself is fine. The support operation behind it, at least in my case, was not.
I would urge any company considering Remote as their EOR to look carefully at how support incidents are handled, especially for country-specific statutory processes. A good-looking dashboard does not make up for weeks of silence on matters that genuinely affect employees and their families.

extraordinary bad. you cannot get through to them, they use a useless IE bot, rather than answering the question, they give you general information about countries you have nothing to do with. The off boarding is a nightmare again no understanding. I dont know it the email contact is actually a ral person or another bot. If you want to upset your staff... its the way to do it

It's always a headache working as an employee under Remote. My previous payroll never required me to look at payslips, and everything was seamless. They don't respect employee benefits and solely focus on compliance, deducting tax for things you aren't supposed to pay tax on. Not gonna recommend to anyone
