I purchased a remote control and received a confirmation email. More than six weeks later I realized I had not received any dispatch notice. So I wrote to the company and asked for an update on my order. I received the following anonymous reply "Dear Finnian, Thanks for purchasing from us ,could you please send us the UK address for shipping ?Waiting for your reply soon." This I find very insulting as I had already supplied them with a legitimate shipping address in the Rep. Ireland where I live, and their shipping information page clearly states that they ship to Europe. This to me shows that they have no intention of fulfilling my order. If they were serious they would apologize for the delay and give a reason for why they have not shipped the product. They would also immediately ship the product to the contractually agreed address if they have it in stock. But they did none of those things.
Fortunately Paypal refunded my money and I bought the item I was looking for from a company I found on amazon.de called CNGSPOOJIANGQ. Strange name but they delivered the goods very quickly. I was impressed !

Contrary to the bad reviews, I am very happy with this company's service and with the delivery of both my new 'Panasonic' remotes, obviously not original branded. They are exactly as described. They arrived in three days and I didn't have to chase the supplier for them. They both worked straight away with no coding required. They are lighter weight than the original, but that's not an issue I don't think.

Just received my remote it is very very cheap quality , waited 2weeks biggest load of tack ever got , would never buy of these again

Don’t buy from this Chinese company, I ordered a Panasonic remote was sent a generic one that got hot when I finally managed to get the batteries in, cheap copy didn’t work and now they want me to pay to return it in order to get a refund, post will be more than the item

Contrary to the bad reviews on here, I am very happy with my new remote. It was appropriately described as a replacement for the original, so I knew it wasn't going to be a genuine one. It arrived in about a week and I didn't have to chase the supplier or email them. I installed new batteries (not supplied) and it worked straight away with no coding. It's lighter weight than the original but this isn't a problem. It's a treat to now have a new remote with buttons that work, as our old one had seen better days. Thank you to Remote Buy

Received a broken remote back in March 21. Although they acknowledged me a couple of times, they ultimately did nothing about a replacement nor refund. Then communications from them stopped entirely. That's £20 I'll never see again. Unfortunately, although it was paid for on PayPal, because I thought they were dealing with it - and allowing for the fact they were in China - it was ultimately left too late to dispute the issue - lesson learned! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE - Chinese scam

Ordered a remote 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing, no reply to emails or phone calls.
Glad I paid on a credit card.

This company is a fraud! They take your money and ignore all emails and calls. They are a front to Chinese suppliers and should be shut down.

Absolute scam!
Tracking number tells me my remote has been delivered to an address in the USA, not Scotland!
Contact phone number is a mobile that either never gets answered or cuts you off!
No reply to emails...
BE WARNED, IF YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY MONEY, GIVE IT TO CHARITY, NOT THIS THIEVING COMPANY!

Gave 1 star because they sent me something, but not the right remove. E-mails were then not replied to before not being delivered; presumably I was blocked. Phone calls not answered and then not available. Beware!

Never received my remote, constantly sending emails but I get the same response that they will email me again with more information, they never do. Unreliable and poor service.

the sony remote replacement was excellent and would recommend remotebuy as i was able to talk to there staff over the phone to confirm correct remote.First class.

Do not order from this company .Product is coming from China but that is not made clear when ordering .I have purchased a remote control a number a weeks ago and had no reply after emailing several times to get eta .Product has not arrived .Their customer service telephone system is not answering calls and email now bouncing back ,I guess I have lost the money.

I bought a remote for my Sony T.V. I guessed it would not branded Sony! However it did not work so I e-mailed the Company and was pleased to receive a response almost by return. The Company were very helpful and I now have a replacement that works perfectly.

after ordering a replacement remote for a western digital media player, I found the original controller
sent an email explaining my mistake & within a day the PayPal payment was back & i had an email accepting the cancellation,
pretty pleased & now I've got too many controllers again !

Ordered a ‘manufacturer’s genuine’ replacement for Samsung remote.

This arrived after 2 weeks and appears to work correctly, but when compared with the original is clearly a fake. Moulding is different and fit of battery cover poor. The ‘branding’ and button font (plus model details in battery compartment) are similar but not the same. Unit feels lighter and generally less well-made.

I too assumed this company was uk based, but the shipping appears to have come from China. Revisiting the site shows Facebook and twitter links as bogus.

On the positive, I had communicated with the company by email to check delivery time, and the Royal Mail tracking reference was genuine and accurate.

I paid a premium for what I though would be a Samsung made handset, this is definitely not what I got.

I will persevere with the unit as it (currently) works, however would caution buyers thinking of using this company. You can source identical units (but unbranded) from UK based companies for less money, and have delivery overnight.

The remote works but has arrived damaged trying to get them to send me a new one and I have to pay to send the damaged one back before they will send me a new one. I have to print off returns labels I have explained I don't have a printer and they have stopped replying to my emails do not use this site

This is a bogus company based in China - do not order from them! The remote I ordered does not work and there is no response if you wish to contact them at their email address. I should have checked the business address before ordering.
