From first contacting the Remote Fob Centre customer support for pre-purchase advice / ordering, the staff were spot-on and very prompt with their responses.
The actual product (2 button Fiat Ducato fob) is excellent and the supplied & cut key blade works perfectly in the ignition and fuel cap.
Delivery was very quick and well within the advised timescale.
Swapping over the internals of the existing fob into the replacement was reasonably easy, with plenty of instructional videos available online.
Product pricing including delivery was very competitive and good value for money.
Based on my experience, I would readily use the company again and recommend to others.

Great service! I posted out my broken remote key on Monday afternoon and got a new one back on Wednesday afternoon. Bought a car with one fob not working, you guys fixed it by return post . Within a month my other original stopped working thankfully I now had a good spare. Sent the other off and again returned the following day (Saturday)

A very swift service, fob for repair was posted Tuesday and was back on the Thursday. Not cheap though, as posted has to be added on to the overall cost. Key worked without any problems so overall a very good service!

Helpful, efficient, quick service

Once I’d discovered someone that could assist with not only replacing the rechargeable battery but also replacing the whole body of the key with the complete functionality of the original. The car is 18 years old, I never thought I could replace it so easily. All at a competitive cost, within 3 days.

Focus remote gave up - even getting in with the physical key would set the alarm off - most embarrassing. Sent it off to Remotefobcentre. Got a quote for fixing it, paid over the phone and the refurbished fob was returned the next day.
