It worked the first couple of times I logged in, then I realized my resume was not complete, or it did not complete it. I tried to upload another resume in docx and pdf with no luck. This is obviously an AI site that is unattended and broken. Lost my $ 40.00 Glad I caught it before it went up to 80.00 a month.

I received an email stating "As we've refunded the charge as a goodwill gesture, we hope this at least helped resolve the situation from your side."

Needless to say it has not. One would think if I requested my subscription be cancelled, and a refund (that took 30 days) then it would be cancelled. WRONG! On June 23, 2026 I had yet another charge for double the amount of the first charge to my bank account.

So I sent yet another email to this company and filed another dispute with my bank. We'll see how long this takes.

I will keep you posted. Ugh!

My overall experience with RemoteJobsFinder for 1 week was mixed.

What I liked:
* It was very easy to either visit the company’s website directly or apply to jobs right away.
* The filtering options were useful and allowed me to narrow down job listings with several details.
* The support team was responsive and handled my issue quickly after I contacted them.

What could be improved:
* In the “Review” section, most of the suggested jobs were outside my actual experience, even though I uploaded my CV and completed my profile.
* I noticed multiple duplicate job listings, both on the same day and repeated from previous days.
* The popup that appears after disliking several jobs (to provide more details about desired roles) does not seem to work properly.
* The filtering could be improved by allowing users to specify technologies (for example, PHP, Laravel, Vue, etc.) to better target relevant opportunities.

Overall, the platform has some useful features and good support, but the matching and filtering system still needs improvement to make the experience more relevant and efficient.

They stole my money. I did not authorize their service, and they charged me for 2 months before I found out. I requested (actually demanded) a refund. By their policies, terms, and agreements (that I did not agree to), they will not issue a refund. $100 down the drain. Please feel free to share this information about these crooks.

The platform is great to see all jobs that fit your profile. Although it didn't work in my case, I canceled my subscription and the customer support team has been very helpful and understanding.

I paid for a subscription to Remote Jobs Finder for several months, hoping to secure remote work to supplement my income. I really need it, now I have a beautiful child and baby things are really expensive.

Unfortunately, this platform delivered absolutely nothing. I did not receive a single legitimate job offer.

The few listings that did appear either required additional out-of-pocket payments or involved tedious, repetitive interview processes that completely ignored the profile information I had already provided. The entire experience felt like a pyramid scheme, bouncing me from one platform to another with zero results while they all profited off my subscription.

Furthermore, the platform completely lacks basic customer service. There is no visible option to cancel, unsubscribe, request a refund, or get technical support.

The only feature that works flawlessly is their credit card billing. This service feels highly opportunistic, taking advantage of people actively looking for work.

Save your money and look elsewhere.

you have to answer loads of questions about your job preferences and location and provide an email only to be asked to pay to view job listings. no thanks! spam, verging on fraud.

I subscribed to RemoteJobsFinder's 3-month plan hoping it would help me find relevant remote opportunities more efficiently.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The quality of job matching was not what I expected, and many of the opportunities shown were not particularly relevant to my requirements. I also found that the process required much more manual searching and applying than I anticipated based on the way the service was presented.

After testing the platform, I decided it was not suitable for my needs and requested cancellation and a refund within 10 days of purchase. While the subscription was cancelled, my refund request was denied because I had not met the company's money-back guarantee conditions, which require users to actively use the platform for 14 consecutive days and apply to at least 100 jobs with evidence.

My main frustration is that the company focused solely on its refund policy rather than considering my actual experience with the service. As a customer, I felt that my concerns regarding the relevance of job matches and the overall value of the platform were not adequately addressed.

To be fair, the cancellation process itself was straightforward, and the support team did respond to my emails. However, based on my personal experience, I did not feel the service provided sufficient value for the price paid.

I would encourage potential customers to carefully read the terms, subscription renewal details, and money-back policy before signing up.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Their jobs are repetitive and not any different from what you can find on other job boards. They also do not give you any notification when a recurring payment is about to occur. I had a hard time finding the cancellation button since I would get an error trying to click onto my Profile page where the manage subscriptions button is located. I was only made aware of the payment after they had charged me. Once I got that notification, I was able to cancel my subscription via a link on the email. When I went to them about my concerns and reasoning requesting a refund, they denied my request. Customer service is not helpful at all and super dismissive.
