Remote Utilities - great job!

I use Remote Utilities with free license for small tasks for work and it's great. Full screen, high definition, great control, rapid file transfer. I use it to control just 1 unit so the free license is perfect for me. I recommended it to other people (some did buy it) and they thanked me.

Free Use License

Free Use License - I used this license for several years supporting two relatives who were not capable on their own. Worked wonderfully until until the Utility sensed that I had supported too many PC's. I never could figure out what the software think I had supported more than two. Now that I have been forced to upgrade to a Win11 machine, giving it another try.

Thank you for your message! If you only supported less that 10 pcs with a 1-user Free license that error of course shouldn't have occured. Perhaps, it was some technical issue or glitch. I use Remote Utilities to access and support several remote PCs, and it has been reliable and straightforward to set up. The connection is stable, file transfer works smoothly, and the licensing is good value for what you get. Support documentation made it easy to get started, and I have not run into any serious issues so far. I’m very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone who needs a simple, dependable remote access solution.

I use this to log in remotely to my lake cottage so I can view my home temperatures remotely. It has been a great tool and so easy to use.
