The Director called on a Sunday, two days before our international move from Denmark to the USA, to tell us they had closed the business and he had been fired -- which is strange, because he is listed as the owner on business records. He told us he could move us, but on his own and using other movers. He apologized, but this is an incredibly stressful situation for us to find a new international mover on Monday morning for a Tuesday/Wednesday move, and expensive including change of our plane tickets and possibly not being out of our rental house in time.

I used Q Removal for the shipment of our household goods from the Copenhagen area to upstate New York. Everything in the process went smoothly and the goods were delivered in the timeframe promised. The Q Removal staff was professional and courteous and Peter was very good about dealing with my many questions. Q Removal was able to offer me the best price of the four companies I contacted in Denmark, in part by delivering me 40 boxes ahead of time that I packed myself and by using our 40' container to transport other shipments. That slowed down the process a bit, but in our case that was fine as we worked in a holiday while the shipment was on its way, and the money saved was worth an extra week or so. The only reason I can't give the full five stars is that a few pieces of furniture arrived with minor scrapes and scratches and Q Removal's partner in the US told me that some of our items were not wrapped properly and in some cases not protected at all. Still, I was happy with their service overall and would use them again.
