Boxes sent to wrong place, moving day delayed

Firstly the company claims next day delivery. I made my order on Wednesday night so would expect it to be delivered by Friday. Emailed them and was told that was wrong and I shouldn't expect it until the following week.

It then turned out they used the wrong address for me and my parcels have not been delivered. I've had to contact the courier myself to arrange for my order to be collected from a local drop off point.

My moving day needs to change because of this. The company has not replied again other than their initial reply to tell me next day delivery means next week.

Avoid!!

superb all round company

Excellent website, easy to use. I had a slight problem with delivery, nothing to do with Removalboxes but with the courier. Nick from removalboxes investigated and sorted the problem instantly, email replies where almost instant. He went above and beyond to help. If only other companies customer service/aftersales was like this.
Id highly recommend using this company.
