I did not receive this item and now I'm being threatened with debt collectors
I did not receive this item and was never provided with any tracking details or even informed which courier was used at the time of dispatch or delivery. The first I heard of any supposed “delivery” was months later, when I was contacted and asked to make a payment.
I have repeatedly requested proper proof of delivery (such as photo evidence, signature, or GPS confirmation), and none has been provided. A tracking status marked as “delivered” does not constitute proof that the parcel was received by me or anyone at my address.
Instead of investigating this with their own courier, the company has insisted that I file a police report. This is entirely unreasonable, I cannot report the theft of an item I never received.
Despite this matter being clearly disputed, they are now attempting to escalate to debt collection. Under UK consumer law, responsibility for goods remains with the seller until they are in the customer’s possession, yet this has been completely disregarded.
The handling of this situation has been extremely poor, with no accountability and continued pressure for payment without evidence. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
