Full of nits
Most of the hair is beautiful, I’ll start there. I bought 5 bundles and a closure, and overall the texture and look were nice at first glance.
That said, one bundle and the closure had nits. The shorter closure was especially bad, full of tiny white beads stuck along the shafts. At first I thought it was product or debris, but after closer inspection, they were nits. Dead, but still nits. That’s unacceptable at this price point.
For context, I purchased the hair in October and didn’t install it until March. The bundles stayed in their original packaging the entire time. When I finally used the shortest bundle to make the wig, that’s when I saw the issue. So this wasn’t something that happened after use, it came like this.
I understand this is marketed as raw virgin hair, but that doesn’t mean it should arrive unclean. At minimum, it should be properly sanitized before being sold. I spent over $1,000 and expected better quality control.
Also, the hair sheds quite a bit after washing, which is not what I expect from new hair.
At this point, I won’t be ordering again. I’ve unsubscribed and even blocked their emails. The experience gave me the ick, and I’m honestly not sure I’ll even wear the wig. It feels like a waste.
I don’t recommend this company. There are better options that take the time to properly clean and prepare their hair before selling it.

Lesson learned
Purchased 18 and 20 inch curly. The 20 inch was ok BUT the 18 inch was of very poor quality. It is frizzy and many strands are already broken😫 Would have given them 2 stars for the call back once they saw the video i sent showing the poor quality of hair. However, the man tells me that the curly is supposed to be dry and brittle 😳 and when you order again you can do a video call to pick the bundle. How about send a decent bundle the first time!! They never have to worry about me ordering from them again. Oh well, lesson learned. Once i saw the issues of quality from other people i should have ran. (Trying to save a couple of dollars and fingers crossed) Nevertheless , I ended up having to order pure curly from Indique (my original go to) and YES, hair is beautiful!! Lesson learned!!!

you ordered our Curly texture (18” and 20”). Our Curly collection is designed to reflect natural, tighter curl patterns with thicker strands. Because it is raw, natural curly hair, it will naturally have more volume, tighter curls, and some frizz — which is completely normal for authentic curly textures.
We also carry a separate product called Loose Curly, which has softer, more elongated curls and less frizz. After reviewing the comparison video you sent, the texture you preferred closely resembled our Loose Curly option rather than our Curly texture.
We personally called you to explain the difference between these two textures and offered a solution — including the option to exchange for Loose Curly if that better matched your preference. Unfortunately, the explanation was not accepted, and the hair was not returned for exchange.
We always encourage customers to carefully select between our clearly listed texture categories, and we are happy to assist before purchase via consultation, photos, or even video call to ensure the right match.
We respect that every customer has personal preferences when it comes to curl patterns. However, natural curly hair will have tighter curls and texture — that is part of its authenticity.
Our goal is never to “make a quick sale,” but to provide genuine raw hair in clearly defined textures and offer solutions when concerns arise. We did our best to resolve this situation professionally and promptly.

In this case, the hair was described as beautiful, full, and flawless upon arrival, and it was installed and worn for over 6 months. Shedding that occurs this far into usage is typically related to maintenance, normal wear, or installation methods—especially if the wefts were cut, which can cause shedding regardless of hair quality. This is why our team advised sewing around the wefts, not through them.

5 yr customer- recent decline in quality
I have been ordering hair from this company for the last five years . The hair has been soft, doesn’t shed, and dyes beautifully. I recently ordered during a pre-sale they had in August and received the hair in September. This hair is definitely not the kind of quality that they usually provide. I do not know if anything has changed on the manufacturing side, but this hair tangles, is thin, and has to be brushed every few hours too lay flat down my back. Even when I wash it entirely process is a hassle. He did offer for me to send it back, but I was too close to the install date. Did not have the time wait. I’m going to give them one more try because this is the first time that I have been disappointed. Will see if the hair is the same quality as what I recently got. If it is then it’s not worth buying for the price.

This company is a rip off!!
Don't ever purchase hair from this company if you decide you want to return it or just don't like the hair. My daughter purchased a few bundles of hair extensions on this websight and once they arrived she decided to return them because she wanted longer hair so we sent them back to FedEx on October 9th and paid $15 to return the hair. We also never even opened up the package so once they received the hair they decide to charge my daughter $70 for some type of shipping fees and whatever else they decided they wanted to charge! I've been ordering hair for years and never in my life heard of a company charging this much because we decided to return the hair. I'm not sure if this company in the US or what but their basically stealing your money from people so please I repeat please do not buybhair from this company and no matter what their response is too this message I'm leaving it doesn't matter because it's still a rip off what their doing to customers!! I wish my daughter had read the negative reviews before she decided to buy the hair from this sight!!! SMDH!!!

Great quality
I bought three bundles of the 18 inch Indian wavy hair. When I receive the hair, it smelled very good. I followed the directions and shampooed and conditioned it with a sulfate free products and had it installed a couple of weeks after, this hair does not tangle at all. It does not shed. It is very manageable and looks beautiful. My hairstylist also complemented the hair. I have referred this hair to my family and friends.
