Bad quality and liers
So here is the complaint I sent to Rendi with all the details:

Hello
Thank you for finding a cleaner on such a short notice. Unfortunately, when I came to accept the work, there were a lot of issues, such as floor was very dirty, missed dirty spots, etc. The cleaner cleaned some of them on my request, but she left (I assume after calling you) without finishing her job, in my opinion.
Please see the remaining issues after she left (the link to photos is here: (I shared the pics with them but trust pilot is not allowing links)
1. It is my understanding that the curtains should have been hanged on the windows. As you see on the photos, she left some of them hanging (they were dry, when I touched them), and some in the washing machine. None of the curtains were hanged back. (see photos curtains 1, curtains 2, window tops)
2. While I requested all windows to be cleaned (I counted 25 as per your instructions), she only cleaned bottom part of them, not the tops (see an example in a photo window tops, you can see the difference between top and bottom cleaning. This is the same for other windows as well.
3. The floor was very dirty. I requested her to clean it again and she did it very quickly, not changing water. As a result, even after she left the floor was very dirty (see a photo of my feet just walking 10-15 m2 – photo called feet after walking on a floor)
4. I asked to clean one door, but she also only cleaned it partially, see a photo of the part of a door not cleaned (door not cleaned)
5. There are three windows with window grills that are easy to clean as they are overlooking outside terrace – none of them was cleaned (see an example on photo – dust and web on the window grills)
6. She only cleaned tops of the furniture partially. I specifically requested deep cleaning to wash on the top. I pointed this and she cleaned, some of them. Some at the end were ok, and some are not. As an example please see a photo of the top of a bathroom cabinet (see photo dust on the bathroom cabinet) and on the two wardrobes (see dust on a wardrobe, dust on a wardrobe 2).
7. The oven was cleaned, but not great. You can see my finger after moving it about 15 cm inside the oven (see a phone oven)
8. None of the sockets was cleaned. See two examples (dust on sockets 1, dust on sockets 2), although the quality of the pictures is still not good.
9. Some of the heaters were not cleaned as well (see dust on a heater).
10. Even bed table next to a bed was not cleaned at all (see dust on a bed table).
11. There was also dust on the paintings that was not cleaned on any of them (see an example dust on the paintings).
Also, in terms of the cleaning products, I did not look specifically, but I saw when she arrived some of the cleaning products had half or less in it, so for sure she did not bring a new set of products with her. She left some cleaning products, but for sure not 9 as was advertised. I am sending a picture of 5 in the bathroom plus one in the kitchen and one in the dust bin (there was no dust bin, just a bag). Total of 7. (see cleaning products 1, cleaning products 2, cleaning products 3).
I also saw only one cleaning sponges, instead she used my towels (see a picture of them on the floor next to the washing machine – where she left them (see photo curtains 2)
What should be the way forward? If you want to send me a cleaner to finish this job, please send another one, I am not sure she is up this for a task. Alternatively, I can consider a compensation and hire a cleaner through other means.

Three weeks, a couple of phone calls and four email later I got an apology and partial refund - 15% (30 euros from the 200 I paid for the job not done). And on the call they said that they will refund almost everything. in total, she was there less than 5 hours (which is 40 EUR per hour - double the price I pay in Switzerland).
Since then they do not pick up phone and do not reply to my emails. It is the worst experience with a cleaning company in my life, and I lived a lot in Africa and Asia and other countries where the expectations of the service received are low.
