Fantastic product and company
I already left a review on Amazon and it won’t let me leave another, but I’ve had such a good experience with this company that I felt I should make an effort to leave a review somewhere else too.
I am not sponsored by them, nor have they asked me to do this review and not have I received any goods in exchange for this - I’m sure they’ll just be pleasantly surprised to see it.
So I bought a pair of these gloves. I used them a little and discovered I had an issue with them. Like other people, I then took a look around the internet to see what sort of company they were (to be honest I did this before I purchased them too) and because o LG the favourable reviews and feedback I decided that I would contact them and give them a chance to correct what had happened as opposed to writing it off as a bad product.
I did so and their response has been fantastic and prompt and indeed pleasant from a customer services point of view. Professional at all times, accommodating but also fair and reasonable - a measured and proportionate response to the query raised. I am very happy with the outcome and will give them another chance.
My issue happened to be one of durability and from their feedback it potentially could be something from my own causing, which I accept and appreciated their feedback and point. Performance wise these gloves are epic. They are incredibly grippy and fit so so well and give great ventilation and support in all the right places. I’ve shown them to the other keepers and players in our league and they are all very positive and pleasant about them and I believe a number of them are either going to or have purchased them.
I’d urge you to give them a try if you’re considering - at the very least I’d rather give my money to a company run by staff like this that care on a personal level as opposed to a faceless large corp that doesn’t care.
