I bought a ring back in 2022. Payed more than the final order / invoice. Received a coupon about 787 €. Now renesim GmbH filed for bankruptcy. New owner Mr. Nutt helped me with my concern despite being not responsible for it!
My experience started off well, but unfortunately, it didn’t last. I had only worn my new ring for two days when one of the diamantes fell off. I immediately contacted customer service, expecting a quick and easy resolution. However, this is where the real issue began.
Despite their initial assurance that the ring could be fixed, I am now left with a ring that is missing a stone. The situation has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of the next steps. I am disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. They don´t take any calls, do not reply to any emails.
If you search on the internet, you will see that they have gone insolvent.
What should I do now?
I was looking for a gift for a reasonable price and great quality, and I was lucky to find this place :) Great and multilingual staff, large assortment and wide selection of jewellery!
