They never delivered my order then all of a sudden the delivery company said it was delivered and I never received it I ask for proof which they never provided because it wasn't delivered and they keep promising partial refund which they never give very shady company
Scam no deliveries and no response
I ordered from “Renévoir” and never received my item. After several follow-ups, I was told that I would get my refund within 48 hours — but that never happened.
It’s been 60 days and still no refund, no communication, nothing. This brand does not seem to have a real business behind it. There is no proof of legitimate operations, and they keep hiding behind vague promises and unprofessional responses.
I strongly believe this is a fraudulent brand, and I want to warn others not to fall for it. They take your money and disappear. Do not trust this company.
I will report this to relevant authorities and post my experience across all social platforms until my money is returned.
