Renew Carpet Cleaning Reviews 1

My experience is mixed with Renew Carpet Cleaning. I gave them two rugs to be cleaned and was informed on handing them over it would take 3 to 4 weeks (would prefer to have held onto them until they had space). One came back looking like it hadn't been cleaned (even though it was - I could smell it) and the other was fine. They agreed to wash the problem one a second time. I had to chase them the whole way through each process. I was met with excuses of technicians on site multiple times and staff sickness. Overall, it was a lot of hassle and could do with being more professionally run. 3 stars is me being generous.
