After a chat, Matthew didn’t believe my home was correctly banded. He arranged for a survey which confirmed that it was totally wrong. I have been able to get 11 new modern storage heaters, together with extra insulation and extractor fans.
If he hadn’t persevered, I would not have qualified for the totally free upgrade which will ensure that my home is heated more efficiently and more cheaply in the future.

We can't thank Matthew Wynne enough for all of his help. We are so pleased with our new boiler. The men who came to fit it were efficient, friendly, polite and hardworking. They cleared everything up afterwards and left us with no mess. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish I couldn't recommend enough. Matthew was so helpful was happy to answer all my questions and was fast at coming back to me every time. Have spoken to a few companies previously who lead you up the garden path and of no help but Matthew secured funding and the boiler was fitted in roughly 2 weeks couldn't have asked for better service.

Matt explained my eligibility, the process, procedure and paperwork. He answered my questions and explained clearly the work required, probable timescale in a friendly and professional manner.
Once authorised he telephoned me and the next day contacted me to arrange a start date.
The workmen were excellent. On time, professional and completed the work in two days. They answered my questions, and explained the system to me. They tidied up and left taking all the rubbish with them.
Matt called the next day to ensure I was happy with the work and process.
Painless and hassle free, a 5 star score for a 5 star service.

Had new heaters and boiler Eco 4 fitted from meeting Matt for the first time he explained everything what would be fitted workmen came out sheets down to protect the floor gone on with the job tidied up when the job was done Matt came to see the job when finished I can't thank Matt enough for what he has done for me really great guy I would definitely recommend having it done

From the moment I first spoke to Matt, it was obvious we were in good hands!

Such a genuine, caring man, who when discussing our options was brilliant at understanding my mother’s health complications and conversing with her in a way she felt at ease! I can't credit him enough for his people skills, that alone has left a positive affect with her!

Then after our first consultantion, Matt’s personal approach during the process was a breath of fresh air! He was easily reachable with any queries, immediately helped me resolve a slight issue I had when filling out forms.

The whole process ran so quickly and smoothly which I believe was down to Matt & Reneww having such high standards in everything they do!

The boiler installation process was done to the same high standards, by fantastic people! From the moment they arrived and laid covers down to protect the floor, we knew once again we was In great hands!

We have recently had an Air source heat pump and new water tank installed on the Eco 4 scheme.
Matt our project manager from Reneww explained everything to us on the process and kept us informed regarding each step. His professionalism shone through throughout our application which we completed in a few steps.
The installation technicians only took two days and the workmanship was excellent. We now have hot water 24hrs a day. No more using an immersion heater and we are also now more environmentally friendly.
If you are not sure of your eligibility of the Eco 4 scheme then enquire, that is what we did. We are very pleased with the outcome and under the scheme it was all free.

The Renew team were great from start to finish in aiding the application for our home improvements, from first call to our cavity wall insulation being completed it took around 2 weeks. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend these guys!
