I got 3 tyres which I ordered, but the 4. was different wheelsize and brand. Now I have to send it back and wait for new tyre.

All went smooth even when we were returning the product. It is a reliable service.

One should not rely on the company's car-specific tire package service on their sales page.

I ordered a set that they claimed as suitable for my car – wheels + winter tires. However, these didn't actually fit my car because the standard nut size of the vehicle is smaller than what the recommended/delivered rims require. I had to purchase appropriate nuts myself.

The company's customer service did not respond to inquiries for several months. When I finally got on hold of them, initially, they said they would reimburse the nuts if I purchased them. However, eventually they refused to compensate the necessary nuts. They still advertise this incompatible package as suitable for my car (Kona SX2).

One of the delivered rims was also missing a center cap, which they finally sent after 3 months of contact attempts.

They did not even respond to the Consumer Advisory Service of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, from whom I sought help in resolving the matter.

After three weeks from ordering, Im still waiting for delivery.

The wheels were delivered assembled, the TPMS sensors were already programmed for my car.
Delivery was delayed one day from the estimated date.

Ordered 4 tyres. 2 of them came after a week, which is good. Other 2 took 2 weeks more. Stupid that every tyre is a separate package with an individual tracking number and you cant be sure when you have all four at home.

In short, next time I'll definitely save my energy and buy new tires from local dealers.
Rengas-online could have been sligtly cheaper if everything worked well, but unfortunately it was a poor customer experience, and also expensive one.

As professional tire mounting specialist noted, online retailers are sometimes selling B quality items without stating so.

1. After ordering and paying the tires, it took more than 2 weeks to have them delivered.

2. Once the tires were mounted on alloy rims, one of them developed a large side bulge within a couple of hours. Good that it was still in storage room, and not yet installed on the car!

3. Filled claim to the seller and then 4 weeks later, after several reminders, I finally received replacement tire. This time it worked well.

4. The seller collected the faulty tire and sent it for quality inspection to the manufacturer (Nokian). The claim process took almost 4 months and now I received information that manufacturer declined the claim. Therefore, I have to pay for the extra tire sent to me as replacement.

5. Well, now I have to forward the claim to the specialized service that did the mounting..

I always buy tires from Rengas-on-line.
Delivery takes max a week and prices are really low.

Rengas on-line had the lowest price I could find and the option to buy a tyre made in the current year (for a little extra) is a great idea. You don't want old stock tyres on motorcycles.

Wrong item delivered, I orderer tires with load index 94, but XL tires with load index 98 were delivered. I was not able to spot this before installation as the tires were delivered to a shop who installed them, so there was nothing I could any more do. Beware when ordering tires, you cannot trust that you get what you ordered
