Customer support is very unreliable, and misinformative. They force you to use their SSL which doesnt work with every hosting platform. They repeat their answer to your problem several times which doesnt work. I think this website should be shitdown.
The actual product is awesome.
The customer support is lacking.
Issue was eventually resolved.
I really like the program. I just wish their were more instructions. The service has been great with a quick response each time.
