The shoes were advertised as orthopaedic but the inside was completely flat offering no support whatsoever. They claim to be leather, another misrepresentation. They hurt my ankles so decided to return them. Then I discovered I would have to pay to return to CHINA!!! I thought I was buying from a store in London.
In future I will look for reviews because some of these sites are untrustworthy.

Not what I ordered. Description of product was cotton denim; what arrived after three weeks was 100% polyester. Nothing like the photo. I don’t think our charity shops would even accept it as nobody would have bought it. Absolute rubbish.

Having read some of the reviews I was worried that I was about to get scammed having already ordered a pair of the Harry - Vintage Wingtip Brogues. Delivery was a bit slow but when they arrived, I tried them on and apart from looking stunning, they fitted me perfectly. Obviously, for the price they're not going to be top quality leather but they're comfortable and look good with formal or casual attire. Sorry for doubting you Renley.

Do not order from this website! The online pictures are nothing like what you will recieve. I ordered a lovely fluffy, quality looking sweater with a cute cat on the front in a luscious green. I received a thin, sweatshirt type material top with patches of the green colour missing in a completely different green and most definitely not a lush, thick, fluffy sweater. When I requested a return, it had to go to China even though the return address on the packet was a London address. The item of trash that would be overpriced if it was £3 cost me £35! They clearly know their stuff is rubbish as I was offered several reductions to keep the item culminating in a final offer of 40% refund in their words 'as it can be complex and expensive to return to our warehouse'. Absolute scam, avoid like the plague and pass on to everyone you know. They shouldn't be allowed to pass off their rubbish clothing as 'Quality Items' marketed as if they are a London boutique. I really wouldn't even give 1 star to this "tinpot" company. Had to do though to give my opinion.
2 products bought for £34.95 each. I wouldn't have given £4 95 each. Nothing like the pictures of the items advertised. A load of tat.
I returned the items with a covering letter asking for a refund. Because I didn't send them back to China!!!! I am told I cannot get my money back.
Take my advice, don't buy from these systems. A load of crooked, unprofessional people who have no scruples whatsoever when it comes to honest business practice.

Very poor quality, more like plastic than leather as advertised. Cheap. Tacky and horrible quality. I immediately contacted the company asking how to return for a full refund and have had three emails full of waffle, offering for me to keep them and they'll send out a bigger pair (they were too small).
All this despite saying all I want is a return address and full refund. This is still not acknowledged or resolved and I very much doubt that I will ever see that £50 again. If I could have given nil stars, I would have! One very irate customer.

I'm not sure if they've actually visited London let alone come from there, advertised handmade leather shoes, what arrived was cheap plastic from China, advertising 100% moneyback guarantee, however check the small print, they will offer you a partial refund because you have to pay the return costs if you want a refund🤬 I wish I had read more reviews before I bought, I eventually accepted a 40% refund as sending them back would of cost £10-£15, I'll take the shoes to the charity shop
