Renoox Academy is a Malaysian interior design school built around one goal: producing graduates who can walk onto a real project and be useful from day one. We train students through an eight-module programme of 48 lessons, delivered bilingually in English and 中文. The programme moves in the same order a real project does. Students begin with design fundamentals and space planning, then colour and material selection, hand sketching and perspective drawing, technical drawing in CAD, and design and production in KD20 — a cloud-based design platform for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, 3D rendering and production drawings. Every student receives a KD20 licence from the academy at no extra cost. The programme closes with renovation and site knowledge — trades, M&E, costing and quotation — followed by a capstone project, a portfolio build, and career planning. Our teaching is deliberately practical. Modules 2 to 7 follow one continuous Malaysian case study: a 1,400 sq ft three-bedroom condominium, carried from client brief through space plan, material scheme, CAD drawings, KD20 package, and finally a renovation schedule and full quotation. Students do not study these skills separately; they build one complete project the way a working designer would. Assessment is weighted toward the work itself — exercises and a take-home module project each carry the bulk of the marks. Graduates leave with a professional portfolio, a working knowledge of the software the industry actually uses, and a realistic understanding of Malaysian renovation costs and site practice. Renoox Academy certification is awarded on completion of the capstone presentation.See more
