Ignored - Incorrect order was sent

Incorrect order was sent. I asked to return the incorrect item for a refund and was told I wasn't allowed as the item was a sale item and they would ship me a new item. No new item ever arrived and the company has ignored my emails asking to resolve unfortunately

No response from customer service

Original message: I ordered a rope necklace which was meant to be 3mm and a 5mm one was delivered. I’ve sent two emails highlighting this with images, showing that I have received the wrong necklace size and I’ve not had a response yet.

*Update: I reported receiving the wrong item, and the customer service team responded promptly. They allowed me to keep the incorrect item and assured me that the correct one would be sent. I’ll happily update this review to 5 stars once the correct item arrives!

Apologies the wrong item was sent, we had a huge demand over the Christmas period and unfortunately it happens occasionally.

We replied to your email within 15 minutes stating we’d let you keep the incorrect item as a gesture of goodwill and send the correct item out free of charge.

We can only amend our mistakes and don’t feel this justifies a 1-Star review.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. Failed to receive confirmation email of order, so sent email to customer service the following day and received a response within 4 minutes!! Got home and my delivery was there already.

Thanks for your order.

Your order was sent the same day with a Tracked48 Royal Mail service, unfortunately due to how busy they are over the Black Friday period this can take slightly longer but is completely out of our control.

I've had a look at tracking it and should arrive today/ tomorrow as-long as someones in.

We feel a 1-star review is unfair when we've done all we can, we don't charge our customers for shipping and is being sent at the busiest time of the year.

Unfortunately we're a UK based company and orders are sent from our UK warehouse, when you order it states that shipping can take up to 11 days to USA, this can even take slightly longer in busy seasons (EG Christmas).
