thives

they sell the cheapest lowest quality equipment possible - then after you've purchased and realised what youve recieved is defective broken and not as described - they attempt to illegaly extort you and charge you hidden fees.

i purchased a £2000 machine - arrived damaged and not as described now being told i must pay a £375 'repack fee' to return it while also paying 250£ to ship it back to them. it is illegal to apply a surhcarge for returns in the uk - i've told them this they contineu to ignore it and also continue to not give me a return adress. (i dont think they have one)

now will be going to my credit card company for a refund.

please check their google review you will see many others with the same experiecne
