Promised delivery by Oct 26, then total silence while my wife recovered from surgery
Do not trust Renova Health with an order you cannot afford to have late.
On October 24, 2026, I paid $263.52 for a Step2bed. I chose Renova because my order confirmation promised delivery on October 26. My order note said the equipment was needed urgently because of surgery.
October 26 passed. No delivery, no tracking, and the order sat at "Processing." My wife emailed for a shipping date, tracking number, and status. Nobody answered. My follow-ups went unanswered. The phone line was what appeared to be an AI system that sounded friendly and told us nothing.
My wife is the one who had surgery. She went nearly a week unable to get into her own bed while Renova stayed silent. I stopped payment and bought the identical product from Amazon, which delivered it the next day, on Sunday, November 1.
A missed date is a failure. Ignoring a customer who told you why the date mattered is a choice about how you treat people. I will not order from Renova Health again, and I would not recommend them to anyone who needs equipment for recovery.
