Receiving support from Renpho
I purchased weighing scales from Renpho 3 weeks ago. This Tuesday when I weighed myself I got about 10 different readings. So I rang Renpho support line. No one answered and I left a message asking them to help me trouble shoot the issue I am having. No one rang back. So I then emailed them. I recieved a confirmation email from them, stating that my concern was being reviewed. I emailed Renpho on 11.03.2026 asking for help please. No one got back to me. So on 12.03.24.07.2026 I rang Amazon to inform them that Renpho had not offered support and I made arrangements to unwillingly return the very beautiful scales. Which I may buy again but they have risen by nearly £5. Renpho appears to be a company who doesn't give the support that they advertise they give..
