Do NOT rent from Sandstone/Grant Properties
I would seriously advise anyone looking to rent that you absolutely avoid this company. A nightmare process to rent a flat, a nightmare in it (the property was in poor condition and filthy - repeated repairs required from clapped out boiler to washing machine which they were slow to respond to due to an uninterested property manager - 3 chairs for a 4-person flat, a fridge freezer which they claimed the new tenants had damaged but on challenge conceded it was like that in the first place - the value of taking photos when you move in) and a nightmare to exit it. Nitpicking cleanliness (despite fact it was left in a FAR better state than it was found), false claims of damage and attempting thus to withhold a chunk of the deposit. A cowboy firm of shameless chancers. One star is too generous. Should be ZERO!! Avoid!
