An absolute scam
An absolute scam. Keep away from rentalcars.com. We booked a car through this company 2 days before. When we booked the car it was supposed to be through Avis close by and when we completed the payment, the voucher was for a completely different car rental place... which was much further away. When I tried to call 3 different numbers, couldn't get through, eventually got through after looking up google numbers eventually got through and was put on hold for 15 minutes... while they looked into problem and went through to someone else who knew nothing about the booking and they wouldn't refund!!!! Definitely DO NOT book with this company.
