Very bad experience with the company, not preprofessional at all, rude behavior and old bikes

Very easy to schedule. Lots of motorcycles to choose from. They even gave me 5 extra hours on the last day which made the trip even easier and took the pressure off on the last day. Would definitely recommend!

Good service, nice scooter delivered to our hotel and 2 brand new helmets as well.
Disc lock and chainlock included.
Will use this company again.

my worst rental experience ever.

Before I even got a confirmation that I could rent whatever at this place, I had to pay a deposit.

Then it took almost two days before I got conformation that I’m allowed to rent a bike at Rental Motorbike.

After that I was told that I cannot rent a 125cc scooter because a normal car driving license is not sufficient (the "clear advise“ about the license is small printed at the very end of the booking process).

Anyway: the didn't pay back the deposit and no efforts at all to offer me any other vehicle I am able to drive.

Probably a list (signed by both parts) with extra accessories to be done before and after rental - I had an unclear situation with some rain covers (I had to pay for them because I did not returned with them, but also I'm not 100% I had them :) )

We had some questions during the planning of the trip, which was answered promptly. We have no regrets and are happy returning costumers in the future.
Moto24.hu is a Budapest shop, located on the Pest side of Donau. The shop offered good service, most important was that the 2 bikes we rented was in good conditions and served us for 2 days without any problems. We will not hesitate to recommend Moto24.hu as your rental company during a stay in Budapest.

Rented a bike through them in Mexico
Efficient in arranging the bikes even if the ones we got were not as arranged
at end of the tour we returned bikes in perfect condition and local dealer confirmed deposit would be returned within a week
No deposit after many weeks.

Basically told me not their problem. Issue is between renter & local shop.

So beware

Before i went to Serbia i paid some money and rent a bike. I waited at the point when i arrived but nobody called or came to me. I just went their adress myself but there was no bike there was no office. It was completely lie. It was too late after i noticed that. DONT THROW YOUR MONEY.

good service! the motorcycle was already at the door on arrival. new motorcycle. few kms and good clean. Hertz service was very good. I was taken to the airport by car, which was a 5 minute walk.

Rented a Yamaha tenere660 and they gave me a Suzuki vstrom 650 heavier and older
Old motorbike form 2004 approx with 140000 km
Low battery having to push to start it a few times
Back case with a hole, I had to fix it due water leak when raining
Back tire from 2014 in minimum legal thread ,it felt very slippery when wet causing me insecurity an being un safe when ridding

Now I've tried it, I will definitely use it again. Hired a quality XT 660 from a local hirer in Morocco at very good rates. The bike was clean, serviced and did everything I wanted from it.

My Presentation was from 8 to 15 April.
Their confirmation PDF says:
1 to 4 March as a total of 7 DAYS!!!!!

And they said that I put the wrong dates.
But how the hell I could have done the wrong Math for them??????

Their system definitely has a problem and they put the fault on the consumer ....... be careful

Motos rent at Rome - Italy

Firstly they called me 5-6 hours before the flight to Rome, to tell me that the Motos I had chosen 1 (!) month before, they are not available. Because of this situation, I will have an upgrade from Piaggio Liberty to Piaggio Vespa Primavera and I accepted.
When we reached the shop, they gave us two different Vespas but it's Ok, we did not say anything till then.
Through our vacation in Rome the Motos used to turn off all the time during driving and we came back to the shop to inform them. The answer was "it is happening because they motos are cold", after half an hour of driving it is impossible. They just had problem.
But the worst thing was when we got them back, at the last day. They told us that we have to pay 22€ per hour, per moto bacause we kept it 2 hours more than the hour we took it!! The funny thing is when you are making the reservation of the motorbike, you fill a form, that asks you what time do you want to take it and what time do you want to give it back. So, nowhere is mentioned that you rent the moto for 24h. Finally, we did not pay those extra money bacause the employee, at the time we got there, was the manager of the shop and told us not to pay, but if it was another employee, and not him, we have had to pay.
