I received 1 negative feedback, I was unable to know who left it , compare to other website like hotels that show the profile , pictures and service provided by the owner and building , this website only allow rating , if someone give you negative feedback and more than likely these are the sort Feedback previous tenant will leave, you have way to picture anything more about the property. This is extremely devastating , you can't contact the person to resolved the issue , you cannot get support from the website as they hold no profile of service or description of your property. All it is, is someone that said your property is bad and you are a bad person. Most the feedback is not just directed to the property but it's directed to the owner and his reputation. You can improve a service if the feedback was real given by real individual, but how can you repair a person attack on your name?

I brought my property in 2016 and I noticed the previous owner received few negative feedback to my property address . I contacted the website but she didn't want to know , I have 4 bedrooms and of course as many single person with 1 child I wanted to rent one my room , this is not possible due the negative feedback.

Landlord defend the reputation of your business and your identity , this website support the scammers and bad tenant to ruin your reputation, it’s to wonder if the owner of the website isn’t bad tenant herself.
I am Landlord that got a small apartment in south London , my furniture apartment was completely damage by this Indian couple , they stop paying after the first month
It took me 8 months of legal battle to get my apartment back
When they got kick out by the bailiff they damaged my place and also took all my furniture with them

I have no idea where are they now but they still dare posting negative feedback against me online

We need a website for bad tenants as there are more than we think

Many got a job and if they can use the law against you so they stop paying rent they will do
I contacted this website to explain my situation , the manager was simply cold and was not helpful

What’s the goal is this website ? Giving anyone the easy way to stop your business , to ruin your reputation, anyone that are in real estate business know that people come with the smile but often leave with the bad face . People break their contract , don’t pay their rent, damage your property , not all landlords are evil people , they are like many business only doing business and many work hard to provide a quality service , this website are an easy tool to use for those that only want to say something negative , the CEO of the website is very proud the extra abuse many people are taking , the website can maybe offer a better way to Improve the relationships between the landlord and tenant but what relationships there is left when the person have left and move on and their only goal to leave a damaging feedback is to prevent you to attract good tenants

The .com website is very basic and seems to go to another website. Would not recommend.
