My experience was terribly bad!
- The Mac Mini was available right after the payment. Everything looks good!
- I chose the monthly payment plan. There is no link to pay in the "invoice" section at my account portal, prior to the due date.
- No email with any way to pay, so I was unable to pay
- No answer in the "online" support chat, 3 days to answer my emails
- They decided with no advice to "erase" my Server, less than 24 hrs of the 1 day of the second month
All my work was "gone".
Look for other services that have high professional standards; renramac.io is not the one

Really comes in handy!
I'm a software developer, and was desperate for a Mac to set up the Team ID for my project. Rent-a-Mac's daily plan really came in handy! Later, when I compile my app in XCode, I will certainly use it again!

RENTAMAC.IO IS TERRIBLE. BAD BUSINESS. BAD PEOPLE. BAD INTENTIONS.
RENT A MAC makes me want to tear my hair out. What an absolutely terrible business model — and how unbelievably unhelpful these people are. The support team is a disaster. Fundamentally flawed vision. Completely irresponsible people.
These are people who clearly don’t want you to succeed. I sincerely hope they shut down someday, because this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Useless support. Zero empathy for their customers. None whatsoever.
How are they even still in business when they treat customers like this? The only people who ever buy their so-called “support” must be first-time users who didn’t bother checking reviews. It’s just infuriating that they went ahead and deleted my data. I can’t stand how reckless that is.
Your payment system doesn’t even handle basic 3DS card authentication — and because of that, my entire data gets wiped? This is beyond frustrating. You probably can’t even understand how devastating that feels.
And now, on top of that, I have to reactivate the cloud account again — and Apple won’t even let me sign in on a new server because of your mess.
This was pure negligence on your part. Utter carelessness.
You didn’t bother accounting for 3DS-auth payments, and now I’m the one who has to deal with the consequences. Wiped clean. Why on earth would you delete customer data like that?
I’m usually very patient with support teams — I run a business myself, I know the pain of late payments and edge cases.
But this? You couldn’t even wait a few hours before wiping everything while I was asleep? That’s unacceptable.
You didn’t even notify me that the payment failed.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s bad intent.
They lack basic common sense, have zero empathy for their users, and only seem to care about taking your money — without even knowing how to process a payment correctly. Unbelievable.
