TOTAL SCAM OPERATION

TOTAL SCAM OPERATION - AVOID RENTAMANIA AND ALEXEY VINOGRADOV AT ALL COSTS.

Alexey Vinogradov Is a Pathological Liar and his company Rentamania Is a Total Scam Operation.

We Paid Over €100K for an Insect-Infested Health Hazard.

Our experience with them was the Most DISGUSTING, Deceptive Rental Experience of Our Lives.

We paid over €100,000 to Rentamania for a two-month rental — nearly €2,000 per night — expecting a peaceful, high-end stay for our family and newborn baby.

What we got instead was an absolute nightmare, a complete scam, and frankly, an environment that should be condemned by the health department.

We arrived in Spain on an overnight flight from Dubai, utterly exhausted with our 4-month-old baby in our arms, only to be greeted by a scene out of a horror movie:

COCKROACHES in the baby’s room

MOLD all over the pillows

DEAD BUGS in every cupboard

HAIR-STAINED SHEETS on every bed

DUSTY CUPS that looked untouched in weeks

NOT A SINGLE TOILET PAPER RACK

And that’s just the beginning.

We were so alarmed by the filth, we had sent our nanny ahead of us to inspect the home, and she called us panicking within minutes.

And rightfully so — this place was a biological hazard. Our nanny took photos and videos documenting everything.

What’s worse? The owner had previously sent us staged, misleading pictures and videos that do not represent the actual condition of the house at all.

It was complete false advertising and nothing short of bait-and-switch fraud.

We brought it to the owner’s attention, expecting accountability.

Instead, he did what any gaslighting scam artist would do —He started blaming our nanny, claiming she caused the damage. (Seriously?)

He then tried to justify the cockroaches by saying they “fly into the house to have sex.”

Let that sink in: cockroaches in the baby’s room were brushed off with a disgusting joke about insect mating habits.

This isn’t just unprofessional — it’s PSYCHOPATHIC.

We were forced to immediately book a hotel for five nights, out of our own pocket, just to have a safe place to sleep with our baby.

We sent the owner a full list of what needed fixing just to make the house livable — and again, instead of fixing the situation with integrity, he doubled down.

- He threatened us with legal action

- He refused a refund

- He showed zero remorse

And instead offered us “extra nights for free” — as if anyone in their right mind would ever want to stay another minute with a company this vile.

To make matters worse, when we asked for a refund for the nights the house was uninhabitable, he called us “unreasonable”, and tried to flip the blame again.

This was gaslighting 101, mixed with entitlement, arrogance, and complete disregard for basic decency.

Rentamania deserves to be sued for this behaviour.

WARNING TO ALL FUTURE TRAVELERS:

If you are thinking about booking with Rentamania or Alex, RUN in the opposite direction.

This man is a pathological liar, a manipulator, and will say anything to protect his ego rather than admit fault and take ownership for his horrific client experience

I wouldn’t let my worst enemy book this place.
I wouldn’t let a stray dog sleep there.
I wouldn’t trust this company to rent out a shed.

We were robbed of our money, robbed of our peace, and traumatized during what was supposed to be a peaceful summer with our baby.
