We have just began renting the 2 person elite sauna . From the get go emailing this company , the customer service has been on point . I received communication straight away through the whole process . They answered all my questions thoroughly , promptly and with knowledge and it never seemed a bother. The technicians for the install were professional , friendly , fast and answered all questions and we had . Having the sauna in our home is the best investment we have made for our health :) I’m so glad we went through nook saunas it’s been an absolute pleasure !

This was a really easy seamless process from booking with nook to instalment at home. My partner has a bad back and it was recommended we try an infrared sauna consistantly with recovery.

I have had my sauna now for about a month and we love it! Decided to start really detoxing this year and an infrared sauna was at the top of the list. Love that I can rent it first to make sure it won’t be a fad that I’m going to use for 5 minutes and then it will just sit idle but I’m really loving the benefits so far. Excellent customer service and an amazing product

Today, we had our sauna installed and it was a fantastic experience! Both Will and Ben arrived on time and were very professional. They made sure that our sauna was setup the way we wanted it and gave us a run through of how it worked. A big thank you to Clare for scheduling the delivery and Nook for creating such a streamlined process that delivered us a quality product. We were not disappointed and this is one of the reasons why we chose Nook over everyone else! Would highly recommend!

Have found renting a sauna a very easy process with rent a sauna. Quick response times, installed when they said it would be & sauna is as described. Very happy with them & the sauna.

I picked Nook Saunas because of the option to Rent before you buy, and for the free delivery and installation. The team have fantastic communication, texting us on the way when they were within half an hour away. Set up was all done within the hour. Instructions are very easy to follow and I adore using my sauna! Having blue tooth to be able to play my relaxing music while in the sauna definitely helps me wind down at the end of the day. I can feel my muscles start to relax once they soak up the heat. Cannot fault anything so far. I definitely think I’ll be extending the contract and also purchasing at the end.

Everything about Rent A Sauna has been and is still an absolute game changer. From placing the initial order to it being delivered on time to the minute and done in a professional manner. Absolutely brilliant service.
