So far so good. Super easy to get it rented and they come and set it up for you, you do nothing but enjoy it. The team is lovely from customer service to the guys the set it up, to the people that check in later. I would totally recommend .

Terrific experience — service from beginning to end was excellent, no hassles at all, the product was of excellent quality and at the end of my rental period my deposit was back in my account within hours of the sauna being picked up.

Absolute fantastic customer service. Quick delivery and the setup time surprised me. 15 minutes after arrival everything was set up and ready to go. The sauna itself works flawlessly. Great concept for people not wanting to spend the money to buy a sauna and test if it's the right decision to have one at home.

Very happy with with my purchase, Sauna is really easy to use and the added Bluetooth speakers make it easy to listen to a podcast or music as you go. They communicated promptly during delivery (which was early) setup, and post-installation follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience. I am so in love with my new nook. I have seen alot of differences in myself, since using it. It's where i go to switch off from the world and give back to me.
