Kim was super helpful

Kim was super helpful. Giving us a full tour of the property. Walking with us in the cold to show us three apartment options. She was great. Excellent customer service.!

Unreachable

I don't accept the fact that you cannot reach a manager at this properties either by phone or making a tour visit.

I can not find any housing available in…

I can not find any housing available in my income bracket. What every one claims is affordable, isn't true for me plus very many others out there. Income restricted apartments doesn't mean what it did a few years ago. I feel like it is false advertisement that property management has twisted the meaning to their benefit. I have yet to find any housing available for me on your site that I would be eligible for. Also 30% income has some how the meaning has changed in the last few years.

Never can log in and now homeless family

Never can log in, says I live in multiple places, which I don’t. . For the housing authority’s to use this, I can never log in to important information. Which I’ve missed and now homeless with my kids.

New, but with a bit of an opinion anyway.

I only just started using this app. But, so far, it is okay. It really needs to have more details on each property. It's frustrating to find a listing that looks good but, there is no rental amount so you have to contact the apartment management for the amount to pay to move in. It is not easy to talk to people. Especially, if you find out suddenly that you can't afford to move there.

Web site offered easy navigation

Web site offered easy navigation, inhiated property management contact, description and easy online applications. Very extensive site and the whole experience was enjoyable. RentCafe took the stress and concerns out the equation.
