Just brokers, No customer service or help in any case.

Picked-up the car at 04:00 am. The booked car not available. They offered me another car with damages and scratches. Full coverage insurance not necessary because of notorious damages and risks. But surprise! Surprise! Upon return, they checked the car and noted that additional damages were made which was not true. As I disagreed, they charged the pre-authorization amount on the credit card. Be aware, tricky guys. Not recommend even if you take photos of the car. Anyway, old fleet.
