Their maintenance is zero.
Since they are the one paying your utilities on your behalf,they will always bring very high bills for you and you can’t do anything.
They all always charge late fees on their bill even if you are not late in your payment.
Please don’t rent from them.

This company tried to charge me $2900 to paint the entire interior of the home I had rented for one year. The walls were not perfect but they were absolutely within the exception given by NC Statue for normal wear and tear. I had to go to an attorney and have them send a letter, to which Conrex immediately agreed it was normal wear and removed those charges from my final bill, only months after move out. If the letter were not on an attorneys letterhead it would have been ignored. This company is fraudulently charging what seems like every tenant for painting the entire house upon move out. Looks like they are fighting tooth and nail to keep all security deposits and charge you for anything extra they can come up with. I've rented 10 properties is this is by far the most deceitful business practice I have come across. If you don't hire an attorney to resolve it, they'll put you in collections. If you don't believe me just keep reading reviews. Check out the BBB reports. Do yourself a favor and rent from literally anybody else.
Preston Silver @Conrex has been to our home more than once. He’s always in & out quiet fast. Today he fixed an issue & then proceeded to ask about another issue he noticed & fixed it for us in a fast manner as well. I hope he’s the one they continue to send our way if we ever need maintenance.
