I don’t understand how they can disable the option to unsubscribe.

5sek initially for verification and deducting 499sek without any consent. How can this not be a scam ?

No mobile number to call and no response to emails too .
No idea how this still exists

BE CAREFUL OF THIS SITE! Put my card details in for a 5 SEK withdrawal (they do not make it clear that there is a monthly subscription that you have signed up to) few weeks later 499 SEK came out of my account. There is no contact number and I have not found this website any better than other property websites here in Stockholm. I don't understand how they can justify taking money out your account like this! Rentify I want my money back!

This is a SCAM!
First it says only 5 SEK last Oct.9 just for the verification, then suddenly they credit 499 SEK again last OCt. 11.
What is this? and no where from the website to cancel your credit card. and also there is no phone number to call.

You can reply the same as the other victims. How can I refund the 499 SEK? I never use the site for more than 1 hr.
There is no confirmation also if the subscription is cancelled, there is nowhere to delete my card number from your web site.

Although they didn't solve it completely, they contacted immediately, to correct 1 of the missing values.

It is impossible to cancel the subscription! There is no answer by phone or by email and every month I am charged 499 SEK. Horrible!
I will report it to the police and cancel my credit card!

I never signed up for paying money for this "service". I did verify my email - which is standard practice for everything. Suddenly I have to pay 499 kr a month. It doesn't work to cancel the subscription on their website. I have contacted them via email and via contact formula, but they don't answer. Tried even take my card info away but that doesn't work either.

Thiefs!! The took 499 kr. From my card without my permission. It is a ripp off 😡 want my money back

They use FAKE offers to lure you into paying the verification.
Fake profiles in Facebook make fake anouncements inside Facebook then ask you to proceed through rentify.se, but the appartments do not exist, the person does not exist and you're stuck paying and trying to get inexistent apartments.
SCAM. STAY AWAY!

Today I was looking at my bank account and saw a charge for 499kr by Rentify. Weird, I am not using anything named Rentify. Then I see that this has been a monthly charge going on for 6 months.
I didn't remember this but 6 months ago I was (desperately) looking for a new place and agreed to verify my account at this Rentify for 5kr (approx 0.5 euros). Now after 6 months I see I have paid them 3000kr.

Correction, it was for 8 months and total of 4000kr :/

And ofc, zero help with finding a place, I remember I tried sending messages through Rentify for 2 days and got no replies. What's more, people advertising places to rent on FB asked me to reach them through Rentify, and that's how I found this platform.

Shame on me. Lesson learned.

Dont sign up, its a scam site and they'll take money from you account without your verification and without noticing you.

This is a fraudulent company, as you can see from the other reviews, they withdraw 499sek from your account under the guise of verification. Do not give them your bank information. You can't even reach them through their emails, they dont reply to their emails. I contacted my bank and had to block my card after I was debitted 499sek without my consent.

Really great service.. A great tool to use when you are lost in the "Housing-djungle".. Me and my wife have a couple of offers to consider, hopefully we will score a great deal.
