Well that's 2 days of my time and effort that I'm never going to get back!

From the write ups it sounded the perfect solution for managing one tenancy.

I also upgraded to the 'silver' plan so that I could integrate the bank account - what a farce! It's a batch upload in Beta. Not the real time integration I was expecting.

And I found their support condescending.

This software won't help at all for Making Tax Digital.

Absolute scam.. i was charged 2 times before payment was completed. When i log it on PC its asking me to pay membership which i allready did. On mobile it work normally. Its just gonna direct you on another site like rentola you cant contact any lanlord on rentola at all. Whats worse next day i cancelled my membership and got charged via facebk which is another scam. I did put my bank details somewhere else for weeks and after doing it on rentola i got charged from somewhere else. Very suspicious and NEVER BUY MEMBERSHIP HERE!

I am looking for a landlord management programme to try to replace my spreadsheet and have tried several. The best give a month's free access to enable me to test drive the programme before committing but Rentila don't so I took out a month's subscription. I spent hours loading data on to the programme, which, whilst it looked useful, did not do everything I wanted. The app also looked good however I used the chat facility to find out more and mentioned in that chat that I did not think that it did all I had hoped. Without my asking, they deleted all my files and refunded me, I did not ask for this as I was going to persevere and give useful feedback to the company BUT any company that does that and then won't restore the files does not deserve my, or anyone else's custom. Such a shame that they can't take feedback to help them develop.
