I've used Rentler for many years and they have been excellent in every way. The website is stable and reliable. Customer support has been helpful. And their fees are in line with other sites. Payments have always gone through at the expected time. AND Rentler reports having a fraud detection team that deletes suspicious posts as well as partnership with Stripe and bank level security to protect my financial data. That makes me a lot more comfortable than sending money via a CashApp request or whatever. Real landlords with real properties.

Rentler.com Worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. They sent 1099s to the property manger instead of the rightful owner. One month later no resolution and stopped all communications. Don't trust this company with your business, they will leave you stranded. Stessa.com top notch
