Very responsive and have always fixed any maintenance issues quickly. Frankie has especially been helpful in me finding and securing two flats in London. Would highly recommend.

Fathy did a great job welcoming us to the apartment. He’s very thorough with his job. The apartment looks really good.

Lettings manager William Tsui (william.tsui @ rentlondonflat.com) refuses to come to the phone and uses his staff to gatekeep and then discriminate against people who are contacting to enagage in their services. William Tsui made the following statement through his staff: "We are under no obligation to speak to anyone beyond our tenants, owners, partners or service providers. Basically no one has the right to contact us useless they are from the government or authorities." This is the most bizarre thing I've ever heard. They do not want your business and will not come to the phone. Noted. Why exist as a business then, only to discriminate against people contacting them? Make it make sense. The reviews on here possibly explain this as they have clearly done wrong by a lot of people. So they are not only losing business in bad faith practises such as what I've experienced but scared to take a phone call and gatekeeping future business. I'm glad I've not engaged in their services now seeing these reviews as the red flags are massive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

My special thanks to Sharon who has always responded to my requests and queries so quickly. She assisted me to effectively solve my tenancy issues in a very professional and practical way. The service of her team members like Pinky is also very reliable and efficient. I recommend RentLondonFlat as a very good agent for property leasing transactions.

Their management team is a joke. I reported an electrical issue which stopped me from using the bathroom for a month and no one was in touch with me whatsoever. I was left without an option but to write a review here hoping to remind other tenants and landlords to stay away from this company. The best that this company had done was to make the layout of their website look as professional as possible but they are not!
