Silently dropping leads on the floor

I had 10 inquiries on my property and was confused as to why no one was converting to a tour. I submitted one myself to test, and it turns out Marble isn't responding to them. Worse than useless.

BEWARE

In 18 months, Marble failed to notify me that a tenant was late on rent... twice. They also failed to renew both of my tenant's leases. They did not follow up on maintenance requests and lied to me about their support network in the area; I had to find contractor's for them at all hours of the night. 0/10 would not recommend.

Marble has taken a load off my shoulders when it came to managing my property. I cannot stress that enough! Kevin and the rest of the Marble team was also incredibly helpful to help me with navigating this new resource.

Great support, good product

The marble team was very communicative and friendly with responses. They helped me find a advertise, run background checks, signed lease and collected deposit in less than a month. The subscription price is unmatched and i’m getting better service than my old property manager.

Disappointed would be renter

I have been struggling, as renter interested in one of their houses. The ad is vague about when the house will be ready, and has been for quite a while. There doesn't seem to be a way to actually ask someone about it.

I have had a horrible experience as…

I have had a horrible experience as someone trying to rent a property. No explanation about documents needed. No list of complete information required. Dismissive responses. Apparently there is no way to review what the landlord is viewing to decided on your candidacy for approval. apparently there’s also no way to talk to a live human being. Customer service has been horrible. I don’t see the value.
