If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is a complete SCAM! was told 60-90 days I would have a payout. It has been a year and a half. Get nothing but the runaround any time we call, with excuses and promises that never come threw. So fed up with this company, contemplating legal action for false and misleading information.

ZERO stars would be a better rating

ZERO stars would be a better rating! Major scam, took $2400 from our family in April 2023 and have had a couple offers, but never completed. It is always something we did wrong or the rooms filled before i got paperwork back. I have called multiple times asking for supervisor to return call, was told call would be returned 3 weeks ago…..evidently that person died or walked off in the ocean. All employees are trained to make you believe they are actually working on trying to fill your weeks. It will never happen!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

Zero stars

Zero stars.
March 2023, I paid $2400+ to ‘allow’ them to rent my weeks.
May 2024 I had 2 offers in the last year, both fell through.
May 6,2024, got a call from someone offering the same scam, I asked what company they represented, they hung up.
This is totally a scam.
Believe the 1 star reviews.

Sounds good but it isn't

I signed up with Rent My Time in October 2022 and paid $798. This is money I could not afford to pay out in one transaction with all the bills I have. The thought of almost 8 times that amount is the only reason why I said yes to this.

Just like other members I have been getting the runaround since I signed up! In the beginning it was due to my schedule. I work nights and sleep in the mornings. Any offers that came up were always sent during the morning hours while I'm asleep. When I wake up and follow the signature process, when time came to confirm the offers, they were no longer available. So I contacted them to create a plan in which I could receive offers at a better time. So when that was done, I received the offers and instantly replied but still the offers were gone because I was contacted too late. So I informed them that whatever offers are sent they need to be weeks in advance. Well I didn't get any offers since then along that criteria. Each time I called or email to cancel, offers are mysteriously in the works and I'm told to wait a couple days to receive them....they never come through. So for the past couple months I've been asking for a refund and just now I'm being told it's way too late for that. I had 10 days to request a refund. Who in their right mind would do that based on the promise they gave of getting $2000 per timeshare that's rented when they sucked me into this!!!! Please if you are reading this trying to decide whether or not to do this...DON'T!!! I'm currently, once again waiting for at least one offer to successfully go through. I will post here if I finally get it. I even asked them has anyone profited from this and was given an exuberant yes. I looked through this site and did see a couple....in 2022 the same year but prior to when I bought into this!!! Nothing during 2023 or 2024!!! I would love to speak to these so-called people who are giving this such a good rating and find out how it's been since 2022. So now I have no choice but to continue the waiting process with endless promises.

Don't give them 10 days!

I began my contract with them in May of last year. I haven't heard from them since then. I decided to call beginning December
Dec 27th- I spoke with customer service representative Tony, who put in a request for a supervisor to call me for a refund/cancellation. He said I should have a call by the end of tomorrow.
28th- no call from a supervisor
29th- 2:20p cst. CSR put me on hold and said the supervisor is on a call and I'm the next call for her. Call ended at 2:27pm cst.
No call from supervisor.
Jan 8-I called back the SDR stated someone would call me back within 24-48 hrs. There's no update on my account
Jan 12- I'll called since no one called me back. I spoke with Victoria Holland and she said there's no update on my account. They're still reviewing.
1/22- called and spoke to A. The review team is still processing. My review put in December 29. She stated the review team is their legal team and their legal team does not do inbound call or call customers. The representative stated someone will give me a call. The review usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks.
2/29- it's been eight weeks I have not received a call so I called back. The CSR started to tell me it would take 8 to 10 weeks for the legal team to get back to me. I told him that Victoria stated it would take 6 to 8 then he connected me to her. Her first question was if this was in regards to my complaint with the BBB. (I had gone to them a couple of weeks ago about this company- I suggest everyone who's dealt with them do the same!)She proceeded to tell me the legal team declined my request for refund because I did not say that I wanted a refund within 10 days. She stated that I should have received a rental agreement document and sent it to me again. She also stated the legal team did not have a formal written denial of my request.

Use caution before signing on with Rent My Time

Since we have signed on and paid the approx. $2700.00 dollar fee, we have had 3-4 emails requesting us to check Interval for weekly availability. Not one offer was eligible for rental. Lately, it isn't until we call that we get any feedback from this company, I believe it is a scam and we are considering contacting an Attorney and are looking into reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Don’t fall for the RMT scam!

I have been with RMT almost 2 YEARS!!
They are complete bull. They took my money to use for advertising my time share with the promise of a 90 day turn around. What a lie. He I am 2300$ poorer and no sight of an offer that will go through. They give me the same song and dance every time I talk to them. My next step is to have my attorney get involved . At this point just give me my deposit back. Do NOT fall for this company’s promises.

Is there an option for 0 stars?

Is there an option for 0 stars? What a scam. Was convinced to list 6 weeks with them, as more rooms are easier to book... after 9 months, they've "sold" exactly 0 weeks.

Don't walk, RUN away from this company

Rent My Time Scam

This company called me in December 2021 and stated their company would rent my timeshare and I should receive compensation with 60-90 days. However there was chance that it could take a longer period depending on offers. Since then, I’ve received multiple supposed offers; but, there’s always an issue with the situation, i.e., I did something wrong with selecting availability or the customer had to cancel for some reason. I hate this company for what it has done to be and I empathize for anyone else caught up in their unscrupulous practices. I have been waiting for almost 2 years and I’m tired of businesses like this not being held accountable for stealing money from everyday customers, to include military veterans.

Waste of money-false promises

I was repeatedly called to list with Rent My Time Now. I was told they were aware of my inventory and I would simply be called when there were opportunities to rent.
I was only told of three opportunities, none of which cam to fruition. I extended my contract and never received a dime. It as a total waste of approximately $1500. Don't waste your time or money.

Looking like a SCAM!

I signed up in October 2022. I had "advertised" my property 3x and still NO sale. Here it's coming up to almost a year and no sale! They keep asking for more time. Stating that is the policy. Obviously they don't follow through with what they've state. The last guy who called me was VERY RUDE! I ended up hanging up on him. But I will say they are calling to update me at least once a month. But I still don't have a RETURN of any money. Unfortunately I might be out over $1500.
