Complete lack of customer service
When I originally purchased/rented my ticket I listed the wrong airport. My mistake. Within 5 minutes I contacted them via email to make a correction. No reply from them. I made 2 more attempts to contact them - again via email and once via Messenger. They never replied to any of my messages. An hour later I received the original, incorrect, unusable ticket - a waste of money due to a complete lack of customer service
