Rentsquare is a wonderful initiative with a very helpful and human team behind it. I've been renting in London on and off for 16 years, and this is by far the best experience I've had to date. The fees are beyond reasonable, and seem to literally just about cover their own costs (A total of just £45!). And the team were very helpful and nice to deal with. Love that they're trying to address the profiteer private landlord crisis in London. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I was delighted to work with Rentsquare. The are a bright, efficient and ambitious group who made the experience of letting out my flat easy and pleasant. I had been dreading letting my home through a high street estate agent, so when I heard there was a young start up, finding ways of reducing fees for both landlord and tenant I was intrigued. Despite being new to the game, they impressed me at every turn. They had six viewings the day after they put my flat online and secured a lovely tenant within a few days. The high street agent had no viewings lined up at all during that time.
I'm really pleased that all parties have saved money and feel really positive about the relationships made.
I would recommend them highly.
