Rentumo has an easy-to-use property rental platform and offers good tools to make renting easier and faster. The customer service was attentive and helpful when I needed support. So far, the experience has been very good. I recommend using it 😄😄

I initially had an issue where I was mistakenly charged for a monthly subscription despite trying to cancel during the trial period. I reached out to Rentumo, and Emilia from the support team was incredibly understanding and helpful. She looked into my case personally and offered a solution even though I had technically cancelled a few hours late.

Great website to find a house it allows you to search through via one website great customer service responds very quickly if you have any issues, would not recommend more to use

I Cancelled my subscription in February and you continued to take money from my account. I need my money back you collected for the past 3 months. totally €119.97. You website is not helpful at all in helping people get accommodation.

My initial payment was for 4 Euros to see if I could get accommodation through your website, but you continued to collect money from my account. Can I get a refund as soon as you can.
