I’ve never written a Trustpilot review before, but after receiving my Airbra yesterday and wearing it all day, I felt compelled to share my experience.
I’ve been searching for a non-wired bra that offers both lift and a flattering shape for a long time. After trying countless disappointing options including some very expensive, celebrity endorsed brands, I decided to take a chance on Renue.
I’m so glad I did. The fabric is incredibly soft, easily the most comfortable I’ve ever worn and the shape it creates is truly flattering. I absolutely love it and won’t be purchasing from anywhere else again.

I’ve never written a review before, but I have to for RENUE because it’s been such a find. I wore their bras while breastfeeding, which were genuinely the best nursing bras I used, and now moving on to their CloudAir range has been a total game changer compared to any other bras I own! The bras are unbelievably soft, incredibly comfortable, and yet give such a beautiful, flattering shape, a combination I’m yet to find in other brands. I also have one of their thongs and the Brazilian brief, and they look stunning with the bras. Everything fits true to size and my order arrived the very next day. I honestly can’t recommend this brand highly enough!

I have three of the maternity bras now in black, white and espresso, as well as the reversible pink bra - the quality is absolutely amazing! I am obsessed with these bras, they are so soft and comfortable that I will actually keep wearing them after breastfeeding - nothing else I have tried even compares. I am either washing or wearing these bras. I now have some of the knickers on order too - excited to try more RENUE products.

I purchased the wireless bra which was heavily creased and dented when it arrived and therefore unusable. To return not only do you pay for the postage but they take an additional fee for restocking even if the goods are faulty. I've emailed several times, messaged them on Instagram and am being completely ignored. Just another cheap influencer brand with poor quality products with no care at all for the customers she is taking money from. Shocking.

The most comfortable lingerie I own. Washes perfectly. Amazing customer service, order arrived promptly. Will be buying again.

Wow this underwear is the best! It’s incredibly soft fabric and it feels so comfortable. I am really fussy about my underwear and have struggled to find something that ticks all the boxes. So I am delighted and will be purchasing the pink set next.

I’ve been searching for underwear and loungewear that’s comfortable but still feels special, and RENUE has absolutely nailed it. The fabrics are unbelievably soft (honestly the kind of pieces you don’t want to take off), and the fit is so flattering without being restrictive. As someone who really values sustainability, it’s refreshing to buy from a brand that actually cares about its impact. RENUE feels like a little luxury that you can justify wearing every day.

I have been a RENUE customer from the start (2020!) and I was so excited when I saw they had relaunched. The new collection did not disappoint!! Everything feels a million times softer and the fit is so much better, it's all I wear now! I have told all my friends and family about it and now they're huge fans too. Thanks so much RENUE for changing the underwear game! Can't wait to order the new loungewear stuff

I was really excited to make a purchase from Renue but it was honestly one of the worst buys I made last year, especially the bra. The quality is awful and the bra clips constantly come undone, making for a pretty awful experience. I also had to pay postage to exchange my size despite claiming free exchanges on the website (after speaking to customer service about this, they said that this was because some small companies charge you to return + additional postage and they don't do this, I've personally never heard of this in my life?). I wanted to support a small, sustainable brand but taking the risk definitely didn't pay off and it was a real waste of time and money - sad.

The brand's sustainable ethos is admirable, the fabrics are great. That's it for the positives, unfortunately. I spent 200€ for 2 bras and 3 thongs, of which only 1 bra and 2 thongs fit. The size charts on their homepage do not reflect the actual sizes. I ordered all items according to the chart, in the same size, but each item fits completely differently. There is no consistent sizing.
The customer service is kind and helpful but completely disorganised. I asked for an exchange due to the confusing sizing, which they did for me, but then I received the wrong exchange bra. Also, the new thong I got in size M is still smaller than the other models in S that fit me well. I now have 4 items at home that I can't wear. That is not sustainable, and the expensive price for such a bad organisation and sizing is unjustified.
In short, this company needs to improve their sizing and their organisation. I would not recommend buying from them unless you know exactly which items will fit you.
