I saw Medhi mid Aug 23. I had specific issues due to sitting too much while working. Hip problems. He has explained the issue and given me exercises to do , so much more wholistic approach than a traditional massage. I would recommend

Had a great pregnancy massage yesterday with Claudia. She is so lovely and really looked after me and my 30 week bump. The pressure was perfect and I came out feeling totally relaxed. Will definitely be back before I give birth and would thoroughly recommend.

I recently had the privilege of receiving treatment from an exceptional physiotherapist, and I cannot speak highly enough about their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands.

Mehdi displayed an impressive depth of knowledge and understanding of my condition - he was even able to tell me which side I crossed my legs (which I do subconsciously). He took the time to thoroughly assess my situation, listening attentively to my concerns and addressing each one with utmost attention and care. He was even able to explain complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand which I truly appreciate.

His experience was evident as he guided me through exercises and techniques that targeted my problem areas, providing clear instructions and constant encouragement along the way, whilst still being attentive to my pain points and not allowing me to overdo it.

Not only was the physiotherapist (Mehdi) highly knowledgeable and skilled, but the owner (Tobi) was also friendly, efficient, and accommodating, creating a pleasant and organised experience from start (literally from scheduling the session) to finish.

Thanks to Mehdi's exceptional care, my condition has improved significantly after just one session. His treatment approach was not only focused on short-term relief but also emphasized long-term wellness and prevention. I truly appreciate the education and guidance he provided, equipping me with the tools and knowledge to maintain my progress beyond the clinic.
