that I was struggling to tone, maybe due to my age (40). I was fairly sceptical about whether Cryostar would work - I opted for a toning treatment and I am absolutely amazed at the instant results, my skin was noticeably smoother, more toned and the technique that was used to sculpt and lift the area is incredible.
The service I received at Renuvenate was amazing, from the consultation to the treatment, I didn’t once feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.
I can’t wait for the next session already!

I have been going to renuvenate for a while now getting wet cupping, sports massages and 4 slimming sessions (where my belly has gone from 45inches to 38inches) and Iv enjoyed every moment. The team are very clean and friendly and they have helped me so much with my weight loss journey and my back pain I have recommended them a numerous of times to friends and always get great feedback!

Excellent people who provide a genuine excellent service. Initially I went here for compression boot treatment which worked wonders for my calfs. As a result of a great experience, I then booked in for sports massage, which was also great. I have since been back multiple times & would highly recommend!

Had my first experience with Renuvenate for a hot wax last week and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend the service, polite and welcoming, they were able to fit me in last minute before my holiday. Monae done my Brazillian hot wax and she was efficient and made me feel comfortable. I’ve had previous experiences of hot wax being applied to the bikini area which was extremely painful, however on this occasion Monae made sure i was comfortable and the pain felt alot less than what i was previously used to. Will deffo be coming back! Thank you. 10/10 service👍🏽

I had a the body toning treatment, it was a very lovely experience and was very relaxing. The staff and manager was lovely. They made me feel very comfortable. I’m excited for my next treatment. I would recommend to anyone who wants to tone up their body.
