reolREOL made me a beautiful bookcase in oak. I couldn't imagine what I wanted in the beginning. The designer worked with me until we got it just right--six iterations, I believe. The finished product does my collection of books justice. Thank you.

My experience with reolreol has been great. I'm very happy with the final product- which is exactly as I had pictured it - and the overall process. The team was very professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend to my network!

Beautiful and tailor-made shelf systems made in Copenhagen. We dropped by their workshop/ office space to talk about our ideas and really loved the team right away. They enjoy what they’re doing and are making sure that customers get true exact design that fits their home. We got non-binding offers including some variants for the ideas we had and ended with an amazing wall-unit with some hidden storage as well as beautiful open spaces for decoration and lighting. We also ended up getting a matching TV low board with custom dimensions to allow our vinyl player to fit.
The fit and finish were great and we love our units a lot after more than a year now. When the TV board started looking a little crooked ReolReol send someone to fix it. He was super friendly and came with freshly cut custom parts and all the tools he needed to renew half of the unit to make it as straight as on day one. They truly want their creations to last a long time and make sure that happens.

We’ddefinitely buy here again. Maybe when we move one day. This installation will stay with the rooms it’s been designed for.

Shelves are nice, but...

In the beginning we got one estimated price, then discussed the changes and etc., confirmed final design, confirmed the price. Three weeks later company comes back to say that they did mistake in counting and now it is much more. After asking for details, they count again, and then it is still more from first price, but now less from second. So kind of we shaked hands for one price and then in the middle of waiting, they came with another, then corrected again and came with third. How should I trust them?...

Then it was installed. Once putting books I saw really strange spot on the shelves (keep in mind, they are not cheap). Wrote to the company and they said that their guys saw it, tried to fix, but was not able. They didn't even bother to say to me about it before me finding out. Of course, story was that it is wood (even if it looks like more glue going through or smth) and that they won't fix. Did discount for....400 DKK :D. And declining now to change that shelve. So basically, them saying that they are not masters of production in this and they are not taking any responsibility to fix things.

So very good idea, nice concept, but they do not feel yet as mature company to also have smooth process - right invoices from beginning, admiting mistakes, changing what is done wrong.

Great design, quality materials and excellent service and communication. It was a pleasant and simple process to design and order the shelves, and SO happy with the final result!
Highly recommended!
