Disrespectful liars
You called my 62 year old mother and threatened her that if she is not going in today to get her preordered battery changed in her iPhone she will loose her 500kr advance payment and they will not do her phone. My mother has flu for almost a week now, she had fever for days, she barely has her voice she is coughing and has shortness of breath. When she mentioned this over the phone, where you can CLEARLY hear she is sick, you told her you are very sorry but these are the rules. THERE ARE NO MENTION ON YOUR WEBPAGE NOR YOUR CONTRACT ABOUT THIS RULE! What kind of human being are you that you dare to do this to an elderly lady? You are lucky I am out of the country, but rest assured, the phone will be checked if the battery was replaced with original Apple part and if not, you will face the consequences! Shame on you!
